Set up your store profile
Store name, logo, currency, tax and receipt details — what customers see on paper and online.

Your store profile is the identity customers see on receipts, invoices and your online store. Set it once in Settings.
General settings
- Open Settings → General.
- Check your store name (prefilled from signup), currency and contact details — these print on receipts and appear on the storefront.
- Save.
Upload your logo
Your logo replaces the SYEZPOS mark on the storefront and prints on receipts.
- In Settings → General, find the logo field.
- Upload a square-ish PNG or JPG — clean edges print best on thermal paper.
- Save.
Tip: Use a transparent-background PNG. It looks right on white receipts and on your storefront header.
Configure tax
- Open Settings → Tax.
- Set the rate applied at checkout and printed on receipts.
- Save.
Review your receipt
- Open Settings → Receipt.
- Check the header and footer text customers see at the bottom of every receipt.
- If you have a thermal printer, this is also where the store-wide printer defaults live — see Printer not printing for the per-counter setup.
When these are saved, the checklist on your dashboard marks them done automatically — the next step is adding a location.
