A shoe that comes in sizes 7–10 is one product with variants — not ten products. Variants share the product's name and photos but each can carry its own barcode, price and stock count.

Create variants

  1. Open the product in Products (or create one via Add product).
  2. Scroll to Variants (Color, Size, Metal, etc.).
  3. Add an option name — e.g. Size — then type each value and press Enter (7, 8, 9…).
  4. Add a second option for two-axis variants (Size × Color).
  5. SYEZPOS generates a variant for every combination automatically.

Per-variant details

Each generated variant row can override:

  • SKU and barcode — scan the tag, land on the exact variant
  • Price — leave empty to inherit the product's price, or set a variant price (e.g. XXL costs more)
  • Cost — what you paid for that variant
  • Image — show the right photo when a color is picked

Change prices in bulk

Editing the product's main price offers to adjust every variant by the same percentage — useful for a season-wide markup change.

Stock per variant

Stock is tracked per variant per location — "size 8 at Main Branch" is its own number. Receive stock against the variant when the shipment arrives.

Note: Adding variants to a product that already has unassigned stock? SYEZPOS asks how to assign it — pick which variant the existing units belong to so nothing is lost in the changeover.
