SYEZPOS keeps the till usable when the internet drops — sales made offline queue locally and sync when the connection's back. What you need to know is what works, what doesn't, and how to tell pending sales apart.

What works offline

  • Making sales and printing receipts
  • Held sales and interrupted-sale recovery
  • Anything already loaded on the screen

What needs the connection

  • Stock lookups that aren't cached yet
  • Syncing completed sales back to the server
  • Other branches' data (transfers, reports)

The tell: pending sales

Sales made while offline show as pending/unsynced — they haven't reached the server yet. Keep the register open (or reopen it when the connection's back) and they upload on their own. The pending badge clears once they've synced.

If sales won't sync

  1. Check the register actually reconnected — try reloading the page once you're online.
  2. Keep the browser/app open — pending sales only upload while the app's running.
  3. Check invoice history — a sale that's synced shows its server invoice number; one still pending is marked as such.

Warning: Don't clear the browser's site data or reinstall the desktop app while sales are still pending — the queue lives on that machine until it uploads. Sync first, then troubleshoot.

The desktop app advantage

The Electron app caches more aggressively than the browser — registers that see frequent drops do better on the installed app. See install the desktop app.
