Use your own domain
Point yourdomain.com at the storefront instead of the default store URL.

The store works on its default SYEZPOS address out of the box. When you're ready for yourbrand.com, the Domain panel in the store builder manages it.
Connect a domain
- Open Settings → Online store → the Domain panel.
- Add your domain (e.g.
shop.yourbrand.comoryourbrand.com). - At your domain registrar, point DNS at SYEZPOS — typically a CNAME record for a subdomain, or an A/ALIAS record for a bare domain (your registrar's docs cover which).
- Back in the panel, once the domain verifies, set it primary — that becomes the store's public address.
Notes
- DNS takes time — minutes to hours. A domain that "doesn't work" 5 minutes after the record was added usually just hasn't propagated yet.
- Multiple domains can connect; the primary one is what gets printed on receipts and shared links.
- Keep the default URL working as a fallback while DNS settles.
Tip: Connect the domain before printing it on anything — business cards, social bios, the receipt footer. The default URL works the whole time; switch the printed material after the custom one is verified and primary.
