Publish products online
Control exactly which products show on the storefront — draft, POS-only, online-only, or everywhere.

Every product has a visibility setting — being in the catalog doesn't mean being on the website. You choose per product.
The four states

POS-only is for stock you sell in person but don't ship; online-only suits web exclusives; draft is a product you're still preparing.
Publish a product
- Open the product in Products (click its row).
- Set Visibility — "Everywhere" for a normal sellable product.
- Save.
Warning: Publishing requires at least one image — a product, option or variant image. The save is blocked until one's attached; customers won't buy a pictureless listing anyway.
Manage visibility at scale
On Products, the Published KPI card and the visibility filter (Published / Not published / POS only) list where everything stands — filter to "Not published" to find what's still POS-only.
Online extras worth filling
Products online gain extra fields — description customers actually read, images, and collection membership for the storefront rails (categories & collections).
