Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the SYEZPOS website (syezpos.com) and the SYEZPOS software service used by retailers. It covers data we collect from visitors to the website and from account holders who use the product.

1. Information we collect

When you use SYEZPOS, we collect the information needed to run the service:

• Account information — your name, business name, email address, phone number and the password you create for login.
• Business data — products, prices, stock levels, sales, purchases, suppliers, customers, invoices and reports that you enter or that are generated while you use the software.
• Staff data — names, roles, contact details and attendance records for employees you add to the system.
• Payment information — we do not store full card numbers. Payment details you connect, such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank accounts, are handled through your configured payment channels.
• Technical data — browser type, device type and pages visited on the website, used to keep the site secure and reliable.

2. How we use your data

• To operate the service — processing sales, syncing inventory, generating reports and keeping your account secure.
• To provide support — answering questions you send by email, phone or WhatsApp, and resolving technical issues.
• To improve the product — understanding how features are used so we can fix problems and make the software easier to use.
• To communicate — sending service notices and invoices and, only where you have agreed, product updates.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for basic functions: remembering your session, keeping you signed in and storing preferences so the site loads faster on your next visit. These do not track you across other websites.

4. Third-party services

SYEZPOS uses a small number of third-party services that may process limited data:

• Google Fonts — the website loads font files from Google to display the site design. This sends Google your IP address as with any web request.
• WhatsApp — when you message us, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under Meta's privacy terms.
• Payment providers — when you enable payments such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa, transactions are processed by those providers under their own terms.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only where it is necessary to run the service — with the third parties listed above, with service providers who host and secure the platform, or where the law requires us to. We do not rent or trade customer lists or sales data.

6. Data retention and security

We keep your business data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to help with billing or legal obligations. We use encryption in transit, restrict access to accounts on a role basis and review access regularly.

7. Your rights

You can access the data in your account at any time, correct it, or export your records. You can also close your account and ask us to delete the data we hold. Email us at info@syezpos.com and we will help.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email or in-product notice.
