Terms of Service

These terms apply to the SYEZPOS software service provided by the team behind SYEZPOS, based in Karachi, Pakistan. They cover the website syezpos.com and the platform you use to run your registers, inventory, website and books.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping login details safe. You must be authorised to sign up on behalf of the business you represent. If you share a register with staff, you control their access through the roles and permissions features.

2. Free trial

Every account starts with a free trial. No credit card is required to begin. During the trial you can use the features of your chosen plan so you can confirm the product fits your business before paying.

3. Subscription and billing

SYEZPOS is billed monthly in Pakistani rupees. Plans start at Rs 3,000 per month (Starter), Rs 4,500 per month (Pro) and Rs 7,000 per month (Enterprise). Current plan details are always on the pricing page. Invoices are generated for each billing period and are visible inside your account.

• Plans are prepaid monthly subscriptions.
• You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes apply from the next billing period.
• If a payment fails, we will try to reach you before restricting the account.

4. Refunds

If you paid for a monthly plan and SYEZPOS does not work for your business, contact us within 7 days of the payment date and we will refund that month's fee. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We cannot refund months that have already been used.

5. Uptime and support

We work to keep SYEZPOS available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The desktop POS is designed to keep selling even when the internet drops, so a slow connection does not have to stop your counter. Support is provided by email, phone and WhatsApp during working hours, and we respond as quickly as we can.

6. Your data

You own the data you enter into SYEZPOS — your products, prices, sales, customers, stock and reports. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. When you close your account, you can export your records before we delete retained data.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to break security, reselling access without permission, or using the platform for anything unlawful. SYEZPOS may suspend an account that violates these terms, with notice wherever possible.

8. Liability

SYEZPOS is provided 'as is' and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data corruption caused by factors outside our control — including hardware failures, power cuts or network outages at your premises.

9. Changes to the service or terms

We may update these terms or change features of the service as it grows. We will post updated terms on this page with a new date, and notify account holders of significant changes by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
